Over de functie
As a Team Leader in the reinforcement department, you get the chance to really make a difference. You distribute tasks within your team, give clear instructions, and closely monitor progress. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, and you make sure everything runs smoothly and safely. You are the point of contact for the team and ensure that production keeps moving.
A typical workday starts with reviewing the schedule. You assign tasks, check products together with your team using technical drawings, and make sure safety and quality standards are met. In the absence of the supervisor, you take the lead. You work together in an open and friendly team where everyone contributes to a pleasant atmosphere.

Wat wij vragen
- MBO 1/2 working and thinking level (vocational education)
- Leadership experience is a plus
- You communicate well in Dutch and English; German is an advantage
- Ability to read technical drawings and an affinity with constructions
- Willingness to learn to operate the mesh machine
- Open to attending a first aid (BHV) course
- Enjoy working in a 3-shift system
