Over de functie
In this role, you will be actively involved in the daily production of acoustic panels. You will work with different materials, cut insulation boards to size, and glue them together with wood wool panels in various colors and formats. Precision and quality are essential. You will also operate machines such as the saw and packaging machine, and occasionally perform forklift work. You will ensure your workspace is kept clean and that production runs smoothly. Working hours are from 07:00 to 16:00, with a total of one hour for breaks.

Our client is an international and growing production company in Maarheeze that focuses on sustainable and high-quality building materials. The team has a great working atmosphere: friendly, down-to-earth, with short lines of communication between the shop floor and the office. Everyone helps each other, and there is plenty of room to learn and grow. You will join a team of approximately eight colleagues who together ensure a smooth production process and a positive working environment.

- You have a hands-on attitude and enjoy physical work;
- You work accurately and pay attention to quality;
- Experience in production or with machines is a plus but not required;
- You are reliable and keep your commitments;
- Dutch language skills are not required – motivation is more important!
Wat wij bieden
- A starting salary of €2,505 gross per month (based on 40 hours, according to the Hibin CAO);
- Prospect of permanent employment;
- 25 vacation days per year;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
