Operator
Start immediately with an attractive hourly wage from € 2806,75 to maximum € 3221,84 gross, excluding 12% shift allowance, including 8% holiday pay, and from day 1 you start building up a PLUS pension. If you prove yourself, there is also the possibility of a permanent contract. As an Operator, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills in a structured and clean production environment, working in a 2-shift system while contributing to an efficient and smoothly running production process.

Over de functie
As an Operator, you are responsible for ensuring the production lines run optimally. You will operate, adjust, and convert machines, place and fill bottles, assemble caps and nozzles, label, and package products. In addition, you will check product quality and report any deviations directly to the responsible operator or supervisor. You will assist with cleaning and maintenance of machines and workstations and actively contribute during conversion moments and process optimization. This role offers plenty of opportunities to further develop your technical knowledge and grow within the production process.

Wat wij vragen
- Technical insight and affinity with production processes
- Experience operating and converting machines is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00)
