Over de functie
As a CNC Operator, you are at the heart of the production process for high-quality metal components. You will work with advanced CNC grinding machines and are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring these machines. With your technical insight and attention to detail, you play a direct role in delivering top-quality finished products. You will also perform quality checks and actively contribute ideas for process improvements to ensure continuous optimization of production.
Your typical day starts with loading the correct programs and data into the CNC machines. You monitor the production process, detect any deviations, and intervene when necessary. You will work closely with an international team where precision, teamwork, and professionalism are key. In addition to your own tasks, you support your colleagues and ensure smooth production together.

Wat wij vragen
- MBO-4 (secondary vocational education) level, preferably in machining or mechanical engineering
- Affinity with CNC machining processes
- Accurate, eager to learn, and responsible
- Proactive attitude and a team player, but also capable of working independently
- Good command of Dutch and/or English
- Full-time availability
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
Wat wij bieden
- Starting salary from €2,796 gross per month based on 38.75 hours
- Around €16.65 gross per hour excluding shift allowance
- 20% shift allowance: average €19.98 gross per hour including allowance
- 38.75-hour workweek
