Production employee

About the job
Would you like to work in a technical environment and build something beautiful with your hands? Even without experience, you are very welcome here. You will learn the trade on the job, under the guidance of experienced colleagues who will explain everything to you step by step.
As a Production Worker, you will start at one of the nine workstations within the production process. Together with your team, you will work on building trailers based on clear work orders and technical drawings. You will start with the basics and gradually grow in your work and responsibilities. In this way, you will quickly develop into a true specialist.
Your work will be varied and will include mounting support legs and bumper supports, constructing walls, bulkheads, and doors, and measuring and mounting floor frames. In addition, you will install cabling and air ducts under trailers, align trestles, and perform welding work. You will also finish trailers and prepare them for painting. Finally, you will be involved in the pre-assembly of side guards, lighting bars, top and bottom beams, mud flaps, and license plates. No two days are the same, and you will see the immediate results of your work.
