Are you ready to develop your technical and commercial skills in an international setting? Do you want to grow into a full-fledged account manager with the right guidance and support? If so, this role as Junior Account Manager might be the perfect next step for you.

In this position, you will support the sales team in managing and expanding customer relationships. Working alongside experienced account managers and the sales manager, you will be involved in commercial processes from initial inquiry and quotation to production preparation. You’ll learn how to translate customer needs into technical solutions and act as a key contact point between customers and internal departments across a global network—including R&D in Japan, production facilities in Europe and Asia, and the customer service team in Hungary.

You will have opportunities to visit customers and attend industry exhibitions, gaining valuable insight into various markets and technologies. A thorough onboarding process—including international training—will help you lay a strong foundation for a long-term career in technical sales.

What we require

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g. electrical, mechanical, mechatronics) or international business

  • 1–2 years of experience in a technical or commercial role, or strong affinity with both technology and sales

  • Good command of English; other languages are a plus

  • Eagerness to learn, excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, and organized

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and trade shows

  • A valid work permit for the Netherlands
