About the job
As Head of Electricians, you are the technical linchpin within a modern production environment. You install, connect, and maintain electrical installations, always working according to the latest standards and techniques. You ensure that everything runs safely, reliably, and at optimum performance so that the production process remains smooth.
On an average working day, you will be installing switch cabinets, distribution panels, motors, and control systems. You will troubleshoot faults, resolve issues, adjust installations, and perform regular checks. You’ll also keep records in logbooks and maintain a clear overview of ongoing work. In this role, you supervise fellow electricians, coordinate with other departments, and communicate with suppliers and supervisors. Thanks to your coordinating role, the workflow remains smooth even under time pressure.

What we require
- MBO-4 level education (secondary vocational) in electrical engineering or industrial technology
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with industrial electrical installations (high and low voltage)
- Experience reading technical drawings and schematics
- Independent, accurate, and responsible
- Strong communication skills and a coordinating mindset
- Flexible and stress-resistant, including during malfunctions or urgent tasks
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good command of the English language
