About the job

As a Formwork Carpenter, you’ll work independently on a variety of challenging and cutting-edge projects. You’ll be responsible for modifying and adjusting wooden molds so they’re suitable for the production of various prefabricated building components. You’ll ensure that the molds are shaped precisely and align correctly with the desired end product.

A major advantage is that the modification and adjustment of the molds take place entirely within the organization. This allows for a great deal of flexibility in the production process, and you can immediately see in practice how your work is being used. So you don’t just work with wood and tools—you also see the final result of your efforts on the shop floor.

In this role, your technical insight will come in handy. You must be able to visualize shapes spatially, work with precision, and not be afraid to seek creative solutions. With your dexterity and practical mindset, you’ll ensure that every mold is adjusted correctly.
