About the job

As a Hull Wall Production Foreman, you’ll work with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient production process. You’ll contribute to challenging and cutting-edge projects and ensure that planned production is carried out in accordance with applicable quality guidelines.

In addition to your hands-on work, you will supervise and guide production staff. You’ll provide clear work instructions, help new colleagues get up to speed, and ensure that everyone knows what is expected of them. You’ll motivate your colleagues and step in to help when needed.

Safety and a pleasant work environment are important to you. You speak up when you notice unsafe situations or when agreements are not being followed. In the absence of your supervisor, you are the first point of contact for work-related questions and ensure that production continues to run smoothly.

As a foreman, you serve as an important role model. You demonstrate what it means to work professionally and safely, both in your work and in your communication. In this way, you contribute to a strong team and a high-quality end product.

  • Management experience is preferred
  • You have technical insight and can read technical drawings
