What we require
- You have a completed bachelor's degree in a technical field
- Experience with developing, managing, and improving quality management systems in a production or service environment
- Knowledge of and experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- Experience implementing and maintaining quality systems
- Experience with customer contact regarding quality and a strong customer-focused attitude
- Affinity with technology, production processes, and materials
- Excellent command of Dutch, English, and German
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D, and FMEA is a plus
- You are proactive, analytically strong, and spot improvement opportunities in time
- You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and customers to achieve the best quality solutions together
