With your leadership, you'll guide a dedicated team of 5 colleagues in achieving excellence every day. Embrace this opportunity to not only lead but also actively engage in the production processes, ensuring you stay connected with every aspect of our operations.You will enjoy the responsibility of coordinating tasks, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that every product meets our high standards of excellence. Your role will include following detailed recipes and work instructions closely, ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety protocols. If you’re comfortable communicating in Dutch and English, and have experience with tablet and capsule production, you’ll fit right in! This is your chance to shine and make an impact.
