About the job
As a production worker, you'll play a key role in the creation of prefab concrete products. You’ll start by operating modern machinery, and as you settle in, your responsibilities can expand to include physical tasks and forklift operation (internal training provided).
You’ll be working closely with a team of 16 production colleagues in a supportive environment. A clear onboarding app helps guide you through your tasks, and with a supervisor who speaks both Polish and Dutch, communication is easy and direct. This is a full-time role (38 hours/week), with 150% pay for overtime.

What we require
- You speak Dutch or Polish;
- You’re physically fit and enjoy hands-on work;
- You’re motivated, open to learning, and eager to grow;
- Experience with a forklift is a plus, but not required;
- You work well in a team and can also manage tasks independently.
