Production Worker

About the job
As a Production Worker in Assembly, you will have a varied role in the workshop, working in both pre-assembly and final assembly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing components during the pre-assembly process in preparation for final assembly
- Assembling pallets, crates and boxes for industrial packaging
- Working from technical drawings
- Working with the correct materials and in accordance with safety regulations
- Working together with colleagues on both standard and customised packaging solutions

You will be working for a growing family-owned company specialising in wooden industrial packaging, with approximately 50 employees. The company supplies customers worldwide and is continuously developing, with new machinery being introduced and the production site being expanded.

What we require
- Completed VMBO basic or intermediate vocational education, or equivalent
- Good technical understanding and comfortable working with tools
- Flexible attitude and willing to work additional hours when required
- Accurate, reliable and committed
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
