About the job
Are you looking for an active job where you truly make a difference? As a production worker, you are an essential link in the process of manufacturing wooden pallets. You make sure the machines run smoothly, keep them loaded with wood, and carry out quality checks on the finished pallets. If there’s a minor error, no worries—you can fix it by hand. You work in either a day shift or a two-shift system, always together with a great team of colleagues.
A typical workday starts with a cup of coffee and a quick briefing. Then you get to work operating the production machines. You watch over the process to make sure everything runs as it should and step in where needed. At the end of the day, you can look back with pride on what you’ve accomplished together. The work is physical but very rewarding. Plus, you have the chance to advance to an operator role if you’re interested.
