About the job
As a production worker, you play an active role in the daily production process of wooden pallets at a major company in Venlo. You keep the machines running, load them with wood, and carry out quality checks. Notice a small mistake? No worries—you can easily fix it by hand. Working closely with your colleagues, you help deliver a top product every day and directly contribute to the team's success.
A typical workday starts with setting up the machines and making sure all materials are ready. Throughout the day, you monitor the production process, perform quality checks, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Tasks rotate regularly, and your team is always there for support. Whether you prefer day shifts or are interested in a two-shift rotation, both options are available, giving you plenty of flexibility. Plus, you’ll have the chance to develop yourself and even grow into an operator role if that’s your ambition.
