About the job
As a Production Employee in the wood processing industry, you are responsible for carefully sorting hardwood blocks according to set quality standards. You work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and pace are central. You keep a close eye on the production process and take action whenever necessary.
On a typical workday, you start at 06:30 and, together with your colleagues, sort the hardwood blocks. You ensure that the process runs smoothly and temporarily take over tasks from the Production Operator if needed. In addition to sorting, you keep your workspace clean and safe, remove glue residues, and register by-products. You report any irregularities directly to your supervisor, contributing to an efficient and high-quality production process.
