About the job
As a Production Worker, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly. You operate, program, and adjust the packaging machines used to fill bagged goods and big bags. You closely monitor the production process and regularly coordinate with the loader operators to ensure that the production schedule is followed. You identify minor malfunctions and try to resolve them yourself whenever possible. In addition, you’ll actively contribute ideas for improvements to the production process. You’ll also ensure that trucks and containers are loaded with the finished product. In short: a varied role in which you’ll work with machinery as well as perform physical tasks, making an important contribution to the production process.

Our client is a family-owned business that has specialized in growing media and potting soil for about 100 years. Because the entire production process is managed in-house, the company places a high value on quality and craftsmanship.
