About the job
As a production worker, you play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. You will assist in assembling and finishing aluminum and steel components and structures. Your tasks include gluing steel parts, placing rubber fittings, tightening screws, and operating hand tools and simple machines. Additionally, you will inspect parts for quality and measurements, contribute to efficient production, and maintain a clean and safe workplace. This is a varied role where precision, technique, and quality awareness are key.
About the company
The company has been active since 1985 in designing, producing, and assembling aluminum and steel glass constructions such as windows, doors, curtain walls, and frames. It primarily serves business clients and is known for custom work, quality, and a dedicated team that has been working together stably for many years. With about 40 employees, 16–20 of whom are in production, you will be part of an experienced and friendly team in a stable day shift environment.
