Production worker
A starting salary of €2,600 – €3,033 gross per month (40 hours), with opportunities to grow into an all-round production worker, 8% holiday allowance + travel allowance, and the prospect of a permanent contract. Do you like hands-on work and want to be able to see what you made at the end of the day? Then this production worker role is for you. You’ll work with wood, tools, and technical drawings to make sturdy packaging for special industrial products. Experience is a plus, but definitely not required: you’ll be well trained and given the space to further develop yourself.

About the job
As a production worker, you'll receive a technical drawing and get to work with it. You measure, cut, build, and make sure every packaging perfectly fits the product it’s meant to carry. Along the way, you’ll actively think about smart and practical solutions. No day is the same. One time you’ll be working on a wooden structure, the next you’ll be solving a challenge with an unusual size or product. You collaborate with colleagues, consult when necessary, and gradually take on more responsibility as your experience grows. You start at 7:30 AM and work until 4:15 PM. During your first period, you’ll be guided through a buddy system, so you can learn all the tasks at a comfortable pace. Eventually, you’ll be able to work more independently and grow into an all-round production worker.

What we require
