About the job
As an Operator/Production Worker, you are an important part of the production process. You operate and monitor the production line and ensure that solar modules are produced according to the required quality standards. Your tasks include assembling solar modules, performing quality checks and resolving minor technical issues.
You will also register production data and carry out basic maintenance on the machines. You will work closely with colleagues in a young, diverse and international team. The job is active and physically demanding, as you will spend a lot of time standing and regularly lifting materials. At the moment, the company works in day shifts. In the future, this may be expanded to a two-shift system.

- MBO-level education, preferably in a technical field;
- Experience in a production environment or technical field is an advantage;
- Able to understand technical work instructions in English;
- Accurate and independent working attitude;
- Solution-oriented and able to identify deviations;
- Good communication skills and a real team player;
- Willingness to work shifts;
- Comfortable with standing and physically active work.
