About the job
As a Process Operator Thermoplastics / Packaging, you play an important role in the production process of plastic masterbatches. You are responsible for preparing raw material premixes, managing the flow of materials to and from the extruders and operating production equipment. In addition, you support post-processing activities and ensure that finished products are packaged correctly before being shipped to customers.
You will also be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of machines to keep production running smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with your colleagues, you contribute to a safe, organized and productive work environment. The position is performed in a shift-based production environment.

- At least 2 years of experience as an operator in a production environment
- Technical insight and an interest in manufacturing processes

- Good sense of order, cleanliness and workplace organization
- Good command of either English or Dutch
- Willingness to work in shifts
