About the job
As a Packaging Machine Operator, you play a key role in the packaging process. You'll ensure that modern, automated machines run smoothly and that substrate products are packed safely and efficiently. Your day starts with setting up the machines and making sure everything is ready for production. You closely monitor the packaging process, quickly resolve minor technical issues, and make necessary adjustments to the equipment. You'll also perform quality checks and keep your work area tidy. You work in two shifts (05:00 - 14:00 and 13:30 - 23:00, Fridays until 18:00), which brings variety and extra pay due to shift allowances.

What we require
- Experience with automated systems and machines
- Able to work independently with a high sense of responsibility
- Willing to perform various tasks and work accurately
- Technical insight, preferably with relevant education
- Valid forklift certificate
- Proficient in Dutch language
