About the job
As an Allround Operator, you’ll work in a technical and dynamic production role. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring various machines and installations. You’ll carry out process and product checks, record data in the system, and make sure that production runs smoothly and safely. You’ll also perform small maintenance tasks and solve technical issues as quickly as possible — either on your own or together with the technical department. With your technical skills and sense of responsibility, you make sure production keeps running efficiently and the final product meets high standards. You’ll work in a two-shift system, which brings variety to your work routine and a nice bonus to your salary.

Our client is a modern production company in Weert, active in the food industry. The site processes high-quality dairy-based ingredients that are used in products such as bakery items, sauces, and ready-made meals. You’ll join a close-knit team of about 20 colleagues, where teamwork, quality, and a positive atmosphere are key.
What we require
- MBO (vocational) education level, preferably with a technical background;
- Experience as an operator, preferably in the food industry;
- Technical insight and problem-solving skills;
- Willingness to work in 2 or 3 shifts;
- Good command of Dutch and/or English;
- A forklift certificate is a plus, not a must.
