About the job
As an Allround Operator, you will work in a technically challenging role within production. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring various installations. You perform process and product checks, record data in the system, and ensure that the production process runs smoothly and safely.
You will also carry out minor maintenance work and resolve malfunctions as quickly as possible, either independently or together with the technical department. Thanks to your technical insight and sense of responsibility, production continues smoothly and you contribute to the final result every day.
You will work in a 2-shift system, which provides a varied work rhythm and an attractive allowance on top of your salary.

Our client in Weert operates in the dairy industry and is part of a leading Dutch family-owned company. At this location, cheese products are processed into high-quality powders, which are used in products such as bakery goods, ready meals, and sauces.
You will join a close-knit team of around 20 colleagues, where cooperation, enjoyment, and quality is what they stand for.
What we require
- MBO working and thinking level, preferably with a technical background;
- Experience as an operator, preferably in the food industry;
- Technical insight and problem-solving skills;
- Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system;
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language;
- A forklift certificate is an advantage but not required.
