About the job
As a CNC Toolgrinder, you will work with advanced CNC grinding machines and be responsible for setting up and operating the machines. Do you not yet have the required experience to work as a CNC Toolgrinder? You may then have the opportunity to start as a Pre-Setup Employee. In this role, you will learn the technical aspects of the job and prepare various machines and production processes.
CNC Toolgrinder
In this position, you will be responsible for setting up and operating advanced CNC grinding machines. You will load the correct programs and data, monitor the production process and intervene when necessary to ensure quality.
Pre-Setup Employee
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and setting up various machines
- Loading programs
- Mounting grinding wheels onto the machines
- Preparing materials and tools
- Measuring and inspecting finished products
- Supporting the CNC Toolgrinders and the production process
Working Hours – 2 Shifts
- Morning shift: 05:30 – 14:00
- Afternoon shift: 13:45 – 22:30

What we require
- MBO-4 level of education and working ability (preferably in machining or mechanical engineering);
- Affinity with CNC machining processes;
- Accurate, eager to learn, responsible and proactive;
- A team player who can also work independently;
- Good command of Dutch and/or English;
- Available full-time;
- Willing to work in a 2-shift system.
What we offer
- Starting salary from €2,796 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience;
- Approximately €15.98 gross per hour based on 38.75 hours per week;
