Operator
You will receive a salary of up to €3,400 gross per month depending on experience, an 8% shift allowance and 25 vacation days. In addition, there are plenty of opportunities to further develop your technical skills. As an Operator, you will work with modern production lines and high-quality glass products for, among others, the pharmaceutical industry. You will start with a training period in day shifts and then move to a 2-shift schedule. About the job
As an Operator, you will work in a small and close-knit team producing high-quality glass products. You will assist with setting up and starting the production line and check the products for quality, dimensions and defects. You will also process production data, ensure proper packaging and keep the machines and work area clean.
You will work closely with the machine setter and receive plenty of opportunities to learn the trade. As you gain more experience, you will take on increasing responsibility within the production process.

Our client specializes in the production of high-quality glass products, such as ampoules, vials and tubes. From production sites in the Netherlands and France, these products are supplied to customers in, among others, the pharmaceutical industry, diagnostics, hospitals and laboratories.

What we require
- MBO-level education or equivalent working and thinking level.
- Experience as an Operator.
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language.
- You have a technical mindset and work accurately.

- You have an eye for quality and are results-oriented.
What we offer
- Salary up to €3,800 gross per month, depending on experience.
- A full-time position of 40 hours per week.
- Starting in day shifts during the training period. After that, working in a 2-shift schedule: 08:00–17:00 and 16:00–00:00.
