About the job
As a Loader Operator, you play a key role in the production process. You work with large earth-moving machines and ensure that the various tasks within production run smoothly. Your responsibilities include processing and mixing raw materials and ensuring that the mixing, loading, and packaging lines are filled correctly. You’ll also keep a close eye on the production schedule and ensure that tasks are carried out according to plan. You’ll work independently, but you certainly won’t be on your own. Together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure that the production process runs efficiently and safely. Because of the variety in your tasks, no two workdays are the same.

- You have experience operating a loader or other earth-moving equipment;
- You are interested in raw materials and are open to learning new things;
- You have an affinity for machinery and the agricultural sector;
- You are independent, but also enjoy working with colleagues;
- You’re a real go-getter and enjoy varied work;
- You’re good at keeping track of the big picture and work accurately and safely;
- You’re fluent in Dutch and/or English.
