Industrial Packer
A starting salary of €2,564 to €3,156 gross per month (40 hours), with opportunities to grow into an all-round industrial packer role, development possibilities, and training and certifications like safe lifting, forklift, aerial work platform, and VCA, all facilitated by us, plus the prospect of a permanent contract. As an industrial packer, you’ll have a varied job working on special and often large industrial products. You’ll work with your hands, use professional tools, and regularly visit clients with your colleagues. So, it’s not standard production work, but a new challenge every day where your craftsmanship ensures products can safely reach all over the world.

About the job
As an industrial packer, you work on various packaging projects. The products you pack are different every time. Think, for example, of spare parts for ships, airplane components, or complete production lines for the food industry. You make sure these products are packed securely, safely, and professionally in specially designed wooden crates.
Much of the work takes place at the client's location. Together with your colleagues, you leave from the office with a van full of tools and materials. On-site, you look at what needs to be done together and brainstorm the best approach. You use cranes, lifting systems, drills, and saws, among other things.
The fun part about this job? You do much more than just pack. You think along about the best way to secure and protect a product during loading, unloading, and transport. No day is the same, and you get more and more responsibility. Plus, you can keep developing yourself with various courses and certificates.
About the company
Through Invite Jobs, you will start working for a well-known client in Boxmeer that has been specializing in industrial packaging for over 150 years. With multiple locations and around 250 employees, they create packaging solutions for sectors like aviation, defense, and industry.
You’ll be based at the Boxmeer location and will regularly visit clients on-site with 2 to 4 colleagues. This means you’ll get to work in different places and on varying projects. You’ll have a lot of trust and freedom in your work and collaborate with colleagues who enjoy sharing knowledge and finding practical solutions together.
What we require
- You have at least an MBO level 2 qualification.
- You can work with hand tools, such as screwdrivers and saws.
- You are technically minded and like to think along about practical solutions.
- You can work both independently and well in a team.
- You stay calm when a task needs to be completed on time.
- You have a category B driving license.
- You are flexible; sometimes when working on site you might get home a bit later.
- Experience as an industrial packer is a plus, but motivation and technical insight are just as important to us.
What we offer
