About the job

As an Operator, you will work with modern production machinery and play a key role in ensuring that window frame components are manufactured accurately and efficiently. You will set up, operate, and monitor machines while maintaining high quality standards throughout the production process. Thanks to your attention to detail, production runs smoothly and targets are achieved on time.You will regularly inspect the dimensions and quality of the components and take corrective action whenever necessary. Minor machine malfunctions are resolved independently, and you will carry out basic maintenance to keep equipment operating at its best. In addition, you will actively contribute ideas for process improvements and increased efficiency.The company continues to invest in modern technologies and production methods. In the near future, a new CNC machining center will be introduced, giving you the opportunity to work with the latest equipment and further expand your technical skills. You will work in a rotating system with colleagues, ensuring a varied role and broad involvement across the production department.
