What we require
- At least mbo level 4, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a similar field
- Experience leading operational teams in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Familiarity with logistics processes, safety guidelines, and performance management
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Experience with a Warehouse Management System (preferably SAP WM) is a plus
- Good command of the English language; Dutch or German is an advantage
- Affinity with Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement is a plus
