What we require
- Completed MBO level 4 education, preferably in logistics or supply chain
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams in a logistics or warehouse environment
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Knowledge of logistics processes and safety guidelines
- Familiarity with performance management and working with KPIs
- Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably SAP WM, is a plus
- Good command of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or German is an advantage
- Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement is a bonus
