As a Warehouse Supervisor, you have the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills within a stable and growing international company. You're responsible for stock management, processing administrative tasks in systems like SAP and Oracle, and managing a team of at least 10 colleagues on a daily basis. What we require
- At least three years of experience in a leadership role in logistics
- Excellent command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
- Experience with warehouse systems, preferably SAP and/or Oracle
- People management skills and the ability to lead a team of at least 10 people
- Flexible, decisive, and strong communicator
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
