What we require
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics Management or similar
- At least 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in logistics
- Experience managing large teams (at least 40 employees)
- Knowledge of warehouse management and logistics processes
- Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or Operational Excellence projects
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs
- Excellent command of English (Dutch and/or German is a plus)
- Decisive, result-oriented, and a real people manager
