About the job
As a Inventory Teamleader, you are responsible for ensuring that inventory operations are carried out accurately and efficiently. You conduct inventory and stock checks, including wall-to-wall counts, and ensure that inventory records are accurate. You assign tasks within a small team, provide clear instructions, and monitor progress and quality.
You’ll work extensively with Excel and WMS/WHMS systems. Accuracy is key, especially when working under time pressure. You’ll maintain an overview, take responsibility, and address colleagues when necessary.

What we require
- Extensive experience with inventory and stock management tasks
- Experience with wall-to-wall counts
- Experience with Excel and WMS/WHMS systems
- You work accurately and in an organized manner
- You are assertive and not afraid to speak up to colleagues
- Management experience is a plus
- You are fluent in Dutch and/or English
- You are eager to learn and pick up new systems quickly
