Returns Associate
Are you accurate, quality-focused, and looking for a logistics job in a day shift? For a growing client in Belfeld, we are looking for a Returns Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, assessing, and processing returned products. If you perform well, there is a great opportunity to receive a permanent contract with the client. You will work day shifts and earn a salary starting from €15.00 per hour.

About the job
As a Returns Associate, you will ensure that returned products are carefully inspected and processed correctly. Thanks to your attention to detail, the returns process runs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:
- Performing visual and functional inspections of returned products;
- Assessing the condition of products and determining the appropriate next steps;
- Registering and processing returns in the system;
- Working closely with warehouse colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow;
- Following established quality standards and procedures;
- Identifying irregularities and contributing to an efficient returns process.

What we require
- You have experience in logistics or e-commerce, or you are motivated to learn;
- You work accurately, independently, and have a keen eye for detail;
- You have a good command of Dutch and/or English;
- You are available to work day shifts (working hours to be agreed).
