About the job

As a Project Lean Engineer, you are the driving force behind process improvements within the EMEA distribution center of a leading medical organization. You lead projects focused on logistics optimization, digitization, and Lean transformation. Think of SAP enhancements, RPA initiatives, and organizing Kaizen workshops. With this, you directly contribute to more efficient processes and higher quality patient care.

A typical workday is diverse: you analyze data, manage the document control system, and maintain close contact with various departments. You initiate and coordinate improvement projects, support internal communication, and ensure all logistics documentation is correct and up-to-date. Thanks to your critical eye and proactive attitude, you quickly set priorities and manage multiple projects at once.

What we require

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
  • At least 3 years of experience with Lean process improvements in logistics or supply chain
  • Lean Green Belt or Black Belt is a strong plus
  • Excellent command of the English language; German and/or Dutch is a plus
  • Proven experience with data analysis in Microsoft Office and Power BI
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to set priorities
  • Able to switch easily between different departments and teams
  • Proactive, accurate, and structured working style
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
