About the job

As an Operations Support Associate, you are the linchpin of the operational back office. You serve as the link between Warehouse, Transport & Logistics, Trade Compliance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain. You ensure that outbound shipments are processed correctly, on time, and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that outbound shipments comply with all customer and country requirements;
  • Preparing and verifying export documentation and coordinating with freight forwarders;
  • Working in accordance with applicable procedures and compliance guidelines;
  • Liaising between internal departments and external partners;
  • Identifying and resolving transportation issues and communicating delays;
  • Coordinating and monitoring logistics processes and priorities;
  • Analyzing bottlenecks and contributing to process and data improvements.

What we require

  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain;
  • Experience with export documentation and international shipments;
  • You work accurately and remain calm under pressure;
  • You take responsibility and think in terms of solutions;
  • You communicate easily with various stakeholders;
  • You can handle changing priorities effectively;
  • Experience with logistics systems (SAP WMS is a plus);
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
