About the job
As an Operations Support Associate, you are the linchpin of the operational back office. You serve as the link between Warehouse, Transport & Logistics, Trade Compliance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain. You ensure that outbound shipments are processed correctly, on time, and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring that outbound shipments comply with all customer and country requirements;
- Preparing and verifying export documentation and coordinating with freight forwarders;
- Working in accordance with applicable procedures and compliance guidelines;
- Liaising between internal departments and external partners;
- Identifying and resolving transportation issues and communicating delays;
- Coordinating and monitoring logistics processes and priorities;
- Analyzing bottlenecks and contributing to process and data improvements.
What we require
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain;
- Experience with export documentation and international shipments;
- You work accurately and remain calm under pressure;
- You take responsibility and think in terms of solutions;
- You communicate easily with various stakeholders;
- You can handle changing priorities effectively;
- Experience with logistics systems (SAP WMS is a plus);
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
What we offer
- A gross hourly wage between €16.50 and €26 (based on experience);
- Shift work during the day between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM;
