About the job

We are looking for a Hands-on Foreman / Forewoman for a modern logistics organisation in the Venlo region. In this role, you will manage a team of warehouse staff on a daily basis and actively participate in the warehouse operations yourself. You will ensure that logistics processes run smoothly and that orders are processed correctly and on time.

What will you be doing?

As a Hands-on Foreman / Forewoman, you are a key link in the warehouse process:

  • Managing and supervising warehouse staff;
  • Taking an active part in the logistics process, such as order picking, packing and quality control;
  • Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks;
  • Ensuring quality, safety and order on the shop floor;
  • Ensuring efficient teamwork within the team.

What we require

  • Experience in logistics or warehousing;
  • Experience in a managerial role is an advantage;
  • You have strong communication skills and can work well under pressure;
  • You work accurately and are solution-oriented;
  • Available to work full-time;
  • Good command of Dutch and/or English;
  • A hands-on approach and a sense of responsibility.
