About the job
We’re looking for an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor for a modern logistics organization in the Venlo region. In this role, you’ll manage a team of warehouse staff on a daily basis and actively participate in warehouse operations yourself. You’ll ensure that logistics processes run smoothly and that orders are processed correctly and on time.
What will you be doing?
As an Assistant Hands-On Foreman/Forewoman, you’ll be a key link in the warehouse process:
- Helping to manage and supervise warehouse staff;
- Participating in the logistics process, such as order picking, packing, and quality control;
- Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks;
- Ensuring quality, safety, and order on the work floor;
- Fostering efficient teamwork.

What we require
- Experience in logistics or warehousing;
- Experience in a managerial role is a plus;
- You have strong communication skills and can handle stress well;
- You work with precision and are solution-oriented;
- Available full-time;
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English;
- A hands-on attitude and a sense of responsibility.

- A gross hourly wage of €15.59;
- Work hours in two shifts: 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. & 3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.;
- Travel allowance for distances of 10 km or more one way;
