What we require
- MBO (secondary vocational education) level of thinking and working
- Experience as an operator is a plus, but not required
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage
- Interest in production processes and technology
- Eagerness to learn and motivation to master a specialized craft
- Accuracy and an eye for quality
- A practical mindset and sense of responsibility
- Good command of Dutch or English
- Physically fit and enjoy active work
- Own work boots or willingness to purchase them
