About the job

In this role, you ensure that customers worldwide are helped quickly and accurately with their spare parts orders. You are the key link between the customer and the organization, making sure everything related to orders and quotations runs smoothly.

What makes this position particularly enjoyable is the variety of responsibilities: you are not only handling administrative tasks but also actively thinking along with customers and advising them proactively. For example, you help them make optimal use of the customer portal and ensure they are always satisfied with the ordering process and delivery.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to improve processes. Do you see ways to work more efficiently or increase customer satisfaction? Your input is highly valued. You will be part of a dedicated Customer Service & Care team where collaboration and quality are key.

What we require

  • You have administrative experience and a technical background (education or practical), preferably with at least 3 years of relevant work experience at MBO level;
  • You work accurately and have strong analytical skills;
  • Preferably, you can read technical drawings;
  • You are skilled with computer systems and have experience with ERP software (such as Exact) and MS Office (Word, Excel);
  • You have a good command of English, and speak Dutch at a sufficient level and are willing to continue learning the language.
