We second employees, mediate employees and self-employed individuals for work, recruit and select, and strive to provide the best service possible to our candidates, temporary workers, employees, freelancers, and clients every day.

What We Do

We collect and process personal data that are necessary for the provision of our services. You may provide this voluntarily, but for some data, we have a legal obligation to collect and process them. What Data Do We Collect from You

In addition to our own website, we also post job vacancies on job boards. If you respond to one of our job vacancies, we will process your data as well.

Working for Invite Jobs BV

When you start working for us or are currently working for us, we will process the following data:

  • Invite you to meetings, events, or similar gatherings or social events.

  • Match you when searching for candidates for an open job vacancy (matching), which best aligns with your expectations, requirements, and capabilities.
  • Evaluate whether you would be a suitable candidate for an open position within our organization or one of our clients.

  • Mediate you for temporary or permanent employment or for an assignment if you are self-employed.

  • Fulfill our obligations when executing an agreement, whether it's an employment contract with you or a contract for services in the case of self-employment.

  • Manage the use of leased cars and, if applicable, reimbursement of fuel costs or processing travel expense reimbursements and any traffic-related fines.
  • Conduct and process assessments and performance reviews, and thereby explore development and training opportunities.
  • Provide relevant insurance coverage such as sickness insurance, liability insurance, and accident insurance.
  • Offer you advantages through deals with companies where we have collective agreements, allowing you to benefit from these arrangements.
  • Conduct surveys regarding satisfaction and/or the quality of our organization's services.
  • Provide guidance during sickness and potentially work on reintegration and follow-up.
  • Supply our organization with management information to optimize and enhance our business operations and, consequently, improve our services and enterprise.

To whom do we provide your data?

We handle your data with care and confidentiality. To offer you our services, we may make your data accessible to our employees. We assure you that only those employees have access to your data when it is relevant to their tasks and, at the same time, necessary for providing our services to you or fulfilling an agreement.

When providing data about you to third parties, we will limit this as much as possible to the minimum required by law.

When mediating employment, we will share your data with relevant clients and/or companies for which we believe you could be of added value.

If you work for our organization or on our behalf at one of our clients, we have legal obligations when it comes to fulfilling the agreement and performing salary administration. Therefore, we will provide your data to the following organizations or authorities: the tax authorities, pension funds, and, if applicable, creditors.

In cases of absenteeism and the related guidance, we will engage an occupational health service and, if necessary, an occupational physician. Due to the legal obligation to follow up and provide guidance, we will provide your data that is relevant to this follow-up and guidance. If necessary, we will also forward your data to the UWV (Employee Insurance Agency), for example, if you leave employment during a period of absence.

To meet our obligations as an organization and to safeguard and guarantee our quality, we regularly undergo audits by accredited auditing institutions and accountants. For these audits, your data may be provided, but only for the purpose of ensuring our quality and maintaining our high level of business operations.

If you come from abroad and we offer and provide additional services for you, we will also provide your data to third parties. This will only be done for services that we additionally offer to you, and for which you explicitly grant us your consent. This includes services such as housing, insurance, and transportation.

For personal development in the form of personal guidance, courses, and/or education, we will provide your data to educational institutions and companies acting on our behalf for your development and education.

Additional information regarding payroll services

Within Invite Jobs BV, we may use an external payroll organization when necessary. We outsource our salary administration and the management of temporary employment contracts, which is the formal employer-employee relationship, to a payroll organization. To correctly pay your salary and make you available to clients, Invite Jobs BV will provide your data to this payroll organization. You will be informed about this in advance.

Finally, it may occur that we have to disclose your data in rare cases. This may happen due to receiving a court order or to comply with other mandatory laws and regulations. We will do our best to inform you in a timely manner, unless legal reasons prevent us from doing so.

How long do we keep your data?

We will retain your data for as long as you wish to use our services. Additionally, we have legal obligations to retain data according to laws and regulations. This includes providing evidence and possible claims related to the present and past.
