Warehouse Employee

As a Warehouse Employee at our client, you will fulfill a crucial role in our logistics process. You are responsible for carefully and efficiently picking products and preparing orders for shipment. Below is a detailed description of the main tasks involved in this position:

• Order picking on the Picking Line: You start your day by picking the required products according to the order list. Accuracy is key to ensure the correct products are chosen; 
• Packing: After collecting the products, you are responsible for carefully packing them. This includes selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring safe packaging to prevent damage during transportation; 
• Scanning: You use sophisticated scanners to scan products and orders. Proper use of this technology is essential to the accuracy of the inventory and shipping data; 
• Providing customer/country sticker: You place the correct customer and country stickers on the packages so the orders can be correctly shipped;
• Checking: A critical step in the process is checking the collected products and packaging to ensure they meet high quality standards. Any discrepancies are corrected immediately;

• Package sorting and palletizing: After orders are checked and ready for shipment, you organize them in the correct order and palletize them for transport.

You are: 

• at least 18 years of age or older; 
• proficient in the English language (working language English); 
• Able to provide a VOG (certificate of conduct); 
• Employable in the day shift, a 3 shift schedule and everything in between. Shifts and shifts depend on off-peak and peak seasons. 
• In good physical condition, standing and walking is not a problem for you; 
• Able to get to work with your own transportation; 
• A team player; 
• Feeling responsibility for your work and the quality of the orders you collect; 
• Proactive and have a positive attitude;
• Experienced using scanners (this a plus but not a requirement); 
• Feeling comfortable within a dynamic environment and you are flexible in dealing with change;

• A competitive salary between €11,61 and €12,08 with extra allowence for working in shifts;
• Hourly commitment of 32 hours per week;
