Are you looking for a fun new challenge in the field of quality, within an internationally operating company? Then this might be the position for you. We are looking for a quality technician / inspector for a leading company in Venlo. Our client is specialised in dental products. They distribute these products all over the world.

As a quality technician/inspector you will perform inspections on the delivered materials in accordance with the specific applicable procedures and work instructions. Furthermore, you perform validation measurements for newly created measuring programmes, so that these can be put into use. You document inspection results. You also evaluate and document the reports of the stored data (temperature and humidity data). In the event of rejection, you will process the supplier's complaints and deal with the return shipment to the supplier. Furthermore, you forward the received customer complaints to the relevant supplier and arrange the return shipment to the supplier for the product concerned.
You work in a team with technical development and quality engineers.

Our client is a modern warehouse in the field of healthcare products, and is located in Europe, America, Asia, Middle East and Africa. The products are distributed all over the world.

Job requirements

• Have experience as a quality engineer or inspector (geometric inspections)
• Have experience with automated measuring equipment and programming of this equipment
• Have knowledge of quality system requirements (preferably ISO 13485, FDA 21, CFR 820)
• Knowledge of calibrations and measuring equipment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Being able to work accurately
• Have experience with automated systems (preferably SAP)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

What we offer
We are offering a full-time position in daytime shifts, with a good chance of a permanent contract. Working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00. Part-time work is negotiable.
Salary depends on experience and education. You will receive a travel allowance of 19ct per KM.
