What are you going to do?

  • To ensure all Manifest Files / Orders are dropped into Production in a timely manner to ensure the Handover date as per the CDM Matrix is met
  • Perform changes to Manifest File handover date in the respect of notified delays
  • On hold order monitoring and resolution (Deviation Set up and action, inbound receipt prioritization, missing stock monitoring)
  • Reject Manifest – Monitoring and correction – release into production
  • Progress Monitoring and chasing (Replenishment – picking – processing – outbound) Incl. CTO product
  • Exception Reporting (Backlog Report and Missed Carrier Handover Report)
  • Troubleshooting – Liaison with ITD (Inbound receipts) and Inventory (Stock Issues)
  • Accurate and timely issuing of Backlog and Missed carrier handover reports
  • All available orders due released to the operation for production in a timely Manor
  • Ensure all order on hold, are actioned where possible (deviation played, inbound receipt prioritized, inventory issue resolved etc.)
  • Monitor all manifest/order once released to ensure any issue in production is highlighted and actioned to ensure handover is maximized.

Job requirements

  • Excellent communication, able to communicate effectively with all levels of the operation
  • 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Warehouse management systems
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize work load to ensure handovers are met
  • Flexibility of working hours
  • Shift work is required

  • Continuous Improvement: Always on the lookout for areas of improvement, make suggestions backed up with data to the senior planner for review.
