What does the job entail?
As Warehouse Coordinator you report to the Teamleader Warehouse, you are responsible for the daily management of the logistics employees and you monitor the daily operations. You act as the first point of contact for the logistics employees and the troubleshooters and you direct them. Together with the team leaders, you ensure the correct processing of the order flow and a reliable and safe working environment.
What will you be doing?
As coordinator Warehouse you will take care of the daily management of the Operators and the supervision and coaching of (new) employees. In addition, you keep an eye on whether employees are present on the work floor. You also ensure that the operational targets are met and you provide a safe and reliable workplace. Finally, there are some light administrative tasks that you have to take care of.

When do you fit into this position?
For this position we are looking for someone with an intermediate vocational education (MBO) level and preferably a background in logistics. It is also important that you have demonstrable experience in an operational warehouse management position. Finally, you are someone who is a strong communicator and has an excellent command of the English language (Polish is an advantage).
